We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Coordinator to lead our efforts in building, managing, and expanding high-value partnerships. The Partnership Coordinator will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and positioning our organization as the partner of choice in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, negotiate, and close new partnership opportunities that drive growth and brand visibility.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to maximize partnership outcomes.
- Establish clear performance metrics, track partnership effectiveness, and report on results to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategy.
- Represent the organization at key events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team (if applicable) to support partnership initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling successful partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
