We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting fulfillment operations, and ensuring products are organized and accounted for. Responsibilities

• Track, record, and maintain accurate inventory counts in our system
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming products
• Organize and label stock to ensure efficient order picking and replenishment
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or overstock situations
• Assist with preparing products for fulfillment and restocking as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse or storage areas
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or related coursework preferred
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to use inventory management systems or willingness to learn
• Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
