We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and company standards
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and replenishment as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or scanners) safely and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required—training provided
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
